The development of cold formed profiles during the last few years has allowed them to often replace hot rolled profiles. Many have discovered that cold formed L and U profiles are a better, simpler and cheaper alternative, since they guarantee an optimum ratio of weight per meter and bending resistance.

In addition to standard profiles, we can also supply profiles in accordance with your wishes; special profiles. Heléns adapt special profiles according to your needs. Our possibilities are almost limitless and you do not need to adapt to suit a standard. You can have a product that is so fully processed that it can be put straight into production.

RP-Rohr® is a registered trademark, included in the Welser-group. RP profiles are well known for their high quality and accuracy, which matches our ambition to supply high quality products. Heléns has exclusive marketing rights for RP profiles in Sweden and the Baltic states. RP-Technik’s wide assortment suits the requirements of our innovative customers.

RP-profiles can be found in many different branches, e.g. automotive, machine construction, furniture, material handling, etc. The profiles are made from pickled hot strip in quality S235JRG2 in lengths of 6000 mm +50/-0 mm. Most dimensions can also be obtained in galvanized or stainless (W. 1.4301). Other special materials, surface finish, odd length requirements, fixed lengths, can be accommodated.
